The daily cleaning was excellent, but there were rusty pipes in the bathroom. The receptionist got angry when I tried to bring water from dinner into my room and wouldn’t allow it. I left two days early and received no compensation. The place has the feel of a factory channeling guests in and out, with little fuss. The internet was a problem too: none of my browsers would connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, and all the alarms went off, warning of no safe connection. I had to turn off my firewall to let traffic through, then used my VPN as a filter.

It was generally okay, but a few things could be improved. The bathroom water was white, at least for the first few minutes, and there was no shower curtain. Breakfast was the same every day: eggs, sausage, sweets, and a little salami and cheese. The hotel is in an industrial zone, and there’s nothing else out there.

The restaurant is good, especially in the evening. My lodgings were good quality, in a handy location near the motorway and out-of-town shops, with easy access to Turin if needed. I first stayed overnight on a road trip, liked it so much that I came back.

The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I’ve stayed here twice while driving to and from Italy. The location is great and parking is easy. There’s a cheap petrol station near the local shopping centre. I had breakfast on one of the stays and enjoyed it. If you’re heading northwest in the morning, the ring road gets very busy.

If you drive a Tesla, be prepared for a very impolite and unfriendly reception at this hotel. The receptionist made us buy a coffee because Tesla rents only the parking spots, not the sanitary facilities.
