The building feels a bit dated, but the terrace has an excellent sea view. The private beach access and covered parking are handy.

We were glad to have those two hours by the sea, but wouldn't choose this beach again. In July 2016, we paid €22 for the lift to and from the hotel, two beds, and an umbrella. The beach was packed, as expected, and the small shop had reasonably priced snacks and drinks. The view from Sirolo is quite an experience, but there are better beaches in Italy. The shore was all sharp pebbles, despite being described as sand and pebbles, so it wasn't very suitable for small children. The water gets deep very quickly, with no shallow section, and we had to keep checking on the child. When the child is happy, I'm happy, and after two hours we were ready to go.
The view is beautiful, but the apartment I stayed in was really dirty and badly neglected. The furniture looked like it was from the 50s or 60s. It felt like a place suitable for going with a dog, and I never ate there because I was afraid of catching some disease. I'm not exaggerating.
We had two dinner menus, all fish, and there was so much food we couldn't manage it all. Everything was fresh, right by the sea. It was a fabulous meal, priced at 70 euros with Nevada coffee.
The balconies have a unique view, and from the upper floors you can see all of Marotta, even Ancona on a clear day. The complex has several apartments in different sizes, with some available to rent. It's set above the beach and surrounded by well-kept gardens. There's a free beach opposite, and a small restroom next to the La Riva restaurant.
