The owners were so warm and helpful, and the price was fair. I was just passing through Mondovì for one night and had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and cozy, with a TV, coffee machine and pods, and a basket of snacks. Its private bathroom was clean and fresh smelling, with a window, two toilets, a handy shower, towels, soap, and shampoo. The room is in an annex of the owners’ main home and has its own entrance through a convenient hatch. That made it independent from the rest of the building, including for coming back late. Parking was convenient, and it was only a few minutes on foot to the city center, train station, and hospital. Super friendly owners. Highly recommended!

The area was quiet, and parking was just a few meters away. The place was clean, and the welcome was polite. The only awkward part was getting into the apartment through a trap door, but it’s manageable if you’re a bit agile.

The entrance is unusual, through a hatch from the garage. Inside, the room is spacious and well kept, with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a computer guests can use. It was very welcoming, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Everything was clean, and the room felt cozy and nicely furnished. The owners were friendly, too. There was a coffee machine and croissants for breakfast, as well as a TV and DVD player. I had a great stay and highly recommend it.

Never again. Check-in didn't happen at the agreed time, and getting to the room meant climbing a steep staircase, so it only works for people who can manage that. The room was noisy, entered through the garage, had a low, substandard ceiling, and smelled of exhaust fumes. A low price doesn't make up for that. Other hotels at the same cost offered much more without that steep climb.
