The room was dirty, as if cleaning had become optional. What a downfall. I strongly suggest the woman at reception learn some manners or find another job, since she seemed completely unable to deal with customers. Go somewhere else where guests are treated politely. You can surely find something better for the same price. I visit friends in Mondovì now and then and had stayed at Studiò a couple of years ago, with a good experience, so I chose to return. This time it was very negative. I suspect the ownership or management has changed, since a different person was there to “welcome” us. Traffic made us arrive later than planned in the evening, and the woman at reception was extremely annoyed and rude. She seemed eager to leave and made us pay before she'd even assigned us a room.

In my opinion, the service could have been better. The location could have been better too, though I can't say the same about the service. That's just how I see it.

The room's upkeep and cleanliness really need improvement.

A pleasant, refined place, and an excellent one to stay in.
