It's clean and decent, but quite basic, with nothing fancy about it. There's no elevator, the bathrooms need work, and breakfast fell short of expectations. The products seemed low-cost, like the kind you can find in any grocery store.

In the small town of Moneglia, this is a lovely, very clean hotel with kind staff. Attilio was especially nice and gave us tips on where to go, and the young woman at reception was super friendly too. We'll definitely return!

The location is the main draw: it's a two-minute walk to the station and three minutes to the beach, with a bakery, bar, and well-stocked grocery store just across the street. The rest was disappointing for the price. Our room felt shabby and run down, the beds weren't comfortable, and the overall standard was low. The bathroom was shocking, with a broken toilet seat and a shower so tiny I could barely fit my feet in, let alone turn around. There was a small kitchenette, which was handy, but we were told to clean it and take out the rubbish ourselves or pay a 25 euro charge. I don't mind cleaning up, but we weren't given any sponges or cleaning products. Noise from outside starting around 6 a.m. made it hard to sleep, so it's not ideal for a relaxing stay. It could make sense for a group on a budget who want to cook in the room, as long as you don't expect much space. The place has the feel of a student dorm, which may suit some people.
