The terrace with its sun loungers is wonderful, and the house has everything you could need. We got such a warm welcome from the lovely owners, too. The view is beautiful, and I fell in love with both the house and the place. It was the best spot I stayed in in Italy. I highly recommend going. Worth it, worth it, and worth it again! The path up to the villa is paved, and at this time of year it's full of fireflies. Coming from a town where they seem like an extinct part of a distant childhood, I found that a lovely surprise. The hostess is very courteous and discreet, and gave us helpful tips for restaurants, bakeries, and beaches. The villa has a charming view over Moneglia. From every window you can see the sea, framed by colorful Ligurian houses tucked into the mountains. There's a lovely porch with a beautiful wooden seating area, and inside there are three bathrooms, two of them en-suite. It's an old house, renovated five years ago, with thoughtful details that keep its original character. It also has everything you need for a pleasant stay, right down to tissue boxes on the bedroom bedside tables.

Sara, the owner, is incredibly kind, and the garden and the view make the whole place even more beautiful. The house has everything you need, and from the moment you arrive, it feels like home. It's a great base for visiting the Cinque Terre and other coastal areas. I'm leaving a piece of my heart here and will definitely come back.
