The house and garden are even nicer than the photos suggest, and the place is close to the village centre and beach. It’s a real gem, with a clean, well-finished interior, a jacuzzi, and owners who were friendly, helpful, and understanding of our needs. I don’t usually write reviews, and I’m uncomfortable leaving this one, but the property description didn’t mention the railway line. Passenger trains pass by on schedule and are shorter and quieter. The heavy goods trains were another matter: they thundered past at 4am, about 50 meters from the property, and we cut our trip short because of the night noise. If you’re used to living near a busy road, railway, or airport, it might not bother you. For us, it was unacceptable.

Elizabetta and her family made us feel so welcome, with attentive hospitality and lovely breakfasts and aperitifs. The community is quaint and charming, and the location made it easy to walk to the sandy swimming beach, shops, and restaurants. Our three-night stay was just what we wanted.

The location is superb, in a quaint, relaxed town, and the rooms are nicely appointed. Breakfast included fresh baked goods made on the premises. Elisabetta was a gracious host, molto gentile, and the service was tremendous. A special little gem, highly recommended.

Back for my second visit, and it was lovely again. The place is perfectly clean, the host is super friendly, and the service is amazing. She has great tips about everything around. Breakfast is really good too, with local and homemade products. After a long hike, the jacuzzi is a great way to end the day.

It feels tucked away from the tourist crowds, but use the back entrance and you’re only a minute from the old town, its many beautiful restaurants and bars, and the beach. A very friendly, family-run place.
