They’ve done a lovely job restoring this historic building, and I’d gladly visit again. There’s a great winery, lots of parking, and the staff are super friendly. Clean and comfortable, with a great breakfast.

This family-run place was lovely. The hosts were so kind and even let us check in early. Our room was cozy, very clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was good, with ham, cheese, eggs, and lots of sweet options. There’s a wine bar in the building where we tried local wines.

The owners’ family were wonderful hosts, always helpful. This is a nice B&B in Monfalcone Friuli, with some great wines. The sparkling malvasia is the standout, and a unique one. Thank you!

We’ve been coming back to B&B La Contessa for years for family reasons, and it’s always a pleasure. Katia is warm, sociable, attentive, and ready with good tips on what to see or where to eat. The rooms are spotless and welcoming, with traditional furnishings and a modern touch. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the private parking is handy if you arrive by car. It’s one of those places that feels like home as soon as you arrive, while still being comfortable and practical. A peaceful, authentic stay in Monfalcone, highly recommended.

Katia was professional, welcoming, and very helpful. We stayed for one night in a beautiful setting, with a very quiet location and excellent private, enclosed parking. They sell their wines on site, and you can also have snacks in the morning and/or afternoon with wine tastings. Highly recommended.
