We found the hotel less than a five-minute walk from Welsberg / Monguelfo train station, which was handy since we arrived by public transport after two train journeys from Verona. The staff spoke Italian, German, and English, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and welcoming. Our room and the facilities were clean and matched the website description. Breakfast was included and had a nice range of continental options. We also got free guest passes for the trains and buses, which made getting to hikes around The Dolomites much easier. We stayed in summer 2023 to hike and explore the area, and would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone planning the same. Special thanks to Fabian for suggesting hikes, they were great!

I stayed there in January, and the atmosphere and people were so nice. The food was delicious, and the special dinners were unbelievable! I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.
