The rooms were okay, and the service was adequate, mainly thanks to one waiter who made things easier for us. Our accommodation was a 20 minute walk from the main resort. We were traveling with Travel department and got picked up by bus, which helped.

We spent seven days there with my family. Our family room had a lovely view of the lake and a castle. The hotel was very nice, with friendly staff, parking, a good pool, and a breakfast we enjoyed. The location was convenient, close to beaches, the main road, and large supermarkets.

Breakfast was good, though the free coffee machine wasn’t very good. You could buy a cappuccino for €3. Aside from that, we had a pleasant stay. I stayed four nights. The place was organized and well maintained, and the pool was very nice. The room was okay, with a wardrobe for hanging clothes and a safe, but it wasn’t the cleanest. There was a screw in the floor that could be dangerous. The shower was small, and its curtain was filthy. The fridge didn’t cool, so I couldn’t leave food in it.

The staff were very friendly and the service was great. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the pool was great. Breakfast was basic but there was plenty of it. Just don’t plan on putting a child on the top bunk, it’s almost impossible to reach and has no railings. The power sockets also weren’t in very convenient spots. Apart from those things, everything was good. I’d recommend it for families. As with most hotels in the area, you need a car.

The pool area was beautiful, and the outdoor spaces were kept in great shape. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. One of my best hotel stays, and I'd happily come back.
