The terrace view was amazing, and it was a great experience overall. The location is good, though there was a lot of walking and stairs: three staircases and four floors up to the terrace. The bathroom and kitchen were on different floors from the bedroom. The listing mentioned toiletries, but there was only a tiny bottle of shampoo and no other soap, so I had to go buy some. There was no laundry detergent either.

We had an awful four nights. The property was old and musty throughout, and nothing like the photos. The furniture covers and sheets were stained, and there was a used sponge in the kitchen. We were promised a sea view, but there wasn't one. The owner also let herself in once while we were staying there. One of the most revolting stays I've had.

Anna was so helpful while still giving us space. The apartment had everything we needed and had recently been refurbished to a high standard. It was in a quiet spot near the sea, bars, and restaurants. I loved this little place and would love to return someday. Monopoli has a special place in my heart ❤️

The roof terrace has a magnificent view, and the house is in a fantastic spot by the sea in Monopoli's old town. But it shows its age. The windows, kitchen, and bathroom badly need renovation or modernization. Even something as simple as cutting an apple was tricky because there was no knife. Steep steps connect the rooms.
