Chiara and Vito were wonderful hosts, and the apartment looked even more beautiful and spacious in person. We were so happy with everything, especially the excellent location in beautiful Monopoli. We highly recommend staying here.

Parking off the street was easy to find. The house is right in the centre of Monopoli, a handy spot for exploring this beautiful city. Chiara looked after us from before check-in until after checkout, and was very helpful. I highly recommend it.

Chiara and her husband were easy to reach and quick to answer my messages during our stay, and they promptly sorted out any little issues. Their tips and honest opinions about restaurants, beaches, and places to visit were really useful, and we had a great time following them. The house had everything we needed, with fresh water when we arrived, packaged food, coffee, sugar, dish soap, and several sets of towels and sheets. It felt very welcoming. I stayed in July with my husband and two boys, and the location worked well: about a two-minute walk to the lovely historic centre, while still away from the nightlife bustle. The nearest beach is around a ten-minute walk, though we drove to visit as many beaches as we could. There are free and paid parking lots below the house. Finding a space in the evening meant driving around, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, but we managed not to pay for parking during our whole stay. I'd definitely recommend this place. Maybe contact Chiara directly instead of using an intermediary website.
