The room and bathroom were lovely, and the girl at reception was very nice. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away, while the beaches take 15-20 minutes to reach on foot. One downside is how close the rooms are together: you hear the neighboring doors every time someone leaves. Still, it's a beautiful place.

Silvia deserves all five stars. My daughter and I spent four lovely days at the Chialesi. The room was exceptionally clean, and Silvia was discreet, kind, and friendly. I highly recommend it. Well done, Silvia 👍🙋

I hadn't planned to stay here. The hotel I was meant to use was overbooked, but I ended up really happy with this place. Silvia, the owner, was welcoming and very kind. The room was comfortable, with new, modern furniture, and the location was quiet but close to Monopoli's center. Breakfast at the partner bar was delicious, with plenty of choice.
