My worst accommodation experience ever. Check-in is only accepted until 8 pm, and arriving later can cost up to €50. If you show up after 1 am, they won't let you in at all. That's unacceptable. The agency managing it, Hub BNB, has awful customer service. Don't book here, you'll have a terrible time.

They left us stranded in the middle of the night. Only a few hours before we were due to arrive, they messaged to impose check-in limits and a mandatory €50 charge for arriving after 8 PM. Customer service on WhatsApp was terrible, and they avoid putting messages on Booking.com, apparently to cover their tracks. Don't book here.

I chose this B&B because it said pets were accepted, then they suddenly changed their mind! When I called to arrange the extra charge, I was told pets weren't allowed. They said they have to sanitize afterward, but otherwise it can't be done? Be very careful and call as soon as you book, who knows what might happen otherwise! 😷

A small place right in the historic center, with everything we needed and spotless throughout.
