The steep staircase inside the house could be difficult for some, although it wasn’t an issue for us. We were five people staying two nights, and the space worked well, with plenty of room and nice furnishings. Having two bathrooms made sharing much easier. The layout is spread over three floors: the kitchen and a single sofa bed are downstairs, a double bedroom with a small balcony and bathroom is on the first floor, and the top floor has another double bedroom and bathroom, plus a roof terrace with a table, chairs, and washing machine. Communication with the owner was excellent. If we come back to Monopoli, we’d consider staying here again.

Tucked along a side street in the old town, this well-equipped apartment is peaceful despite being right in the heart of things. It has a kitchen, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and a lovely terrace. The owner was friendly and easy to reach, making it a perfect place for a Monopoli vacation.

There are quite a few stairs, though you get used to them quickly, and they help work off all that fantastic Apulian food! 😆 The house is beautiful, clean, and furnished and equipped with every comfort. Each bedroom has air conditioning and its own bathroom. It’s right in Monopoli’s historic center, steps from the beach, and ideal for exploring. Even so close to the center, the area is very quiet at night.

Francesco was so kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time in Monopoli, staying in this lovely, clean home near both the beach and the historic center. We highly recommend it!
