The place felt cozy, with modern furniture and everything we needed. It’s newly renovated and really clean. The stairs are small, but that was fine for us since we’re young :)

The room was comfortable and clean, and the balcony looked out nicely over the port. Getting up to the second floor by stairs may be hard for some older guests or little kids. The shower room ceiling is low for tall people. Check-in and check-out weren’t handled accurately.

The reception staff were efficient and kind, and glad to share plenty of tips during our stay. The residence is charming, right in Monopoli’s lovely historic center, and the apartment has a delightful view over the marina.

Federica was so kind and friendly, especially helpful when I ran into a very serious problem. The accommodation itself was spectacular too, with great furnishings, spotless cleanliness, and a perfect location. I highly recommend it!
