The hostess is such a kind, friendly lady. The restored house is beautiful, especially the bath area, and it has a private yard out back. It's generally quiet and really handy for restaurants, beaches and bars.

The location is excellent, right in the historic center, and Mrs. Giuseppina clearly manages the apartments with care and passion. She's very kind and helpful. Still, for the low-season prices I expected a little more. The kitchen has no oven, so a microwave or electric oven would be useful. In nice weather, a small table in the garden would be good to use. I also didn't like having to pay for batteries for the artificial candle. Breakfast was fresh fruit, but only three oranges, barely enough to squeeze for juice.

Mrs. Giuseppina is very kind, and the apartment is well maintained right in the center of Monopoli. It has an entrance hall, kitchen and double bedroom. The only TV is in the kitchen, so perhaps there should be a good one in the main bedroom too.
