The owner made us feel welcome straight away, and the place has a thoughtful, personal feel, with care put into the details. It’s in a peaceful area near the center, with a playground, bar, tobacconist, pizzeria, and supermarket close by. Super.

The rooms, especially the bedroom and bathroom, are really spacious, and the apartment seems to have been renovated recently. Everything felt new, the furnishings too, and it had all the comforts we needed. We could walk to the center in about 10 minutes, with free parking nearby. The owner was very helpful and suggested a great place to eat as well as some beaches we shouldn’t miss.

We found a few restaurants and chip shops close by, and the man who greeted us was warm and friendly. The rooms and bathroom were clean and roomy. The place is beside the stadium and only steps from the sea, where you can find both beach facilities and public beaches. Getting to farther beaches like those at Capitolo was easy too. Walking down Via Trieste takes you to the highway, so you can avoid the narrow, busy streets in the center. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away, and parking was convenient.

The room itself was quite well equipped, and the bathroom had everything needed. The location is convenient, with free street parking available. The owner is kind, but he has conditions about towel cleanliness, and the towels were very worn. The bed linen was clean but dated, and it wasn't 100% cotton, which it should have been. Noise comes through the walls, including from people in the neighborhood.
