The view from the terrace up toward Monte Faito was lovely, and we enjoyed sunbathing, reading and just relaxing there. I stayed for 9 nights with my mum and sister. It’s family-run, and everyone was kind and looked after us well. Breakfast felt typically Italian, but they happily brought us fruit when we asked, even though it wasn’t included. They topped up breakfast during our stay and changed the towels and bedsheets halfway through. The apartments are pretty and clean, with a kitchen and bathroom as well as the bedrooms. Just be aware they’re four stories up and there’s no elevator. It can be a bit hard to find, and the entrance looks kinda shabby.

Tetto Fiorito gave us the two things we wanted in Campania, access to Naples and sea views over the peninsula Sorrentina. The little rooftop apartment has a gorgeous view of Monte Faito, which you can reach by cable car from March to mid September. It has all the appliances, cable television if that’s your thing, a safe and a roof terrace for sunbathing or taking in the scenery. Our host and his family made us feel very welcome. They were attentive and shared plenty of recommendations and useful material for touring. The location worked really well, about 10 minutes from the Pompeian ruins, 45 minutes from Naples and 20 minutes from Sorrento by train on the circumvesuviana. I’d recommend it if you want an authentic experience of the Italian coast.

I stayed here alone for two weeks. The apartment is a little historic, but it’s a nice, tidy and clean place overall. It can comfortably fit 3 people and has a maximum capacity of 5. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Antonello and Francesca made sure we had everything we needed as soon as we arrived at Tetto Fiorito in Castellamare di Stabia. Their hospitality and recommendations made the trip more memorable. We loved the peaceful surroundings and the breathtaking views, and their care and attention to detail really stood out. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with a charming Italian touch. The location was convenient too, a short walk from the train station and close to the center, the sea cliff and all the amenities we needed. It was an ideal base for seeing nearby attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Castellamare di Stabia!

I want to thank Antonello for the kindness and understanding he showed when we had to cancel our trip and couldn’t stay. I’ve never had someone respond with such genuine warmth and humanity. It really touched me. Even without meeting in person, I could feel how much love Antonello has put into his beautiful, cozy home. It seems like a magical little nest, and now I find myself dreaming about it. We’ll definitely come one day. When we finally arrive, I think it’ll feel like coming home.
