The value here is hard to beat. We spent afternoons cycling through the nearby Tuscan countryside, then watched the sun go down over the hills from the back of the property. Breakfast each morning was a generous, fresh continental spread. Stefano and Maria welcomed us warmly when we arrived, and Stefano showed us around and answered our questions before leaving us to a bright, clean, spacious room overlooking the garden.

We got a room looking onto the little, cozy back garden, and it suited us perfectly. The hosts were so kind, parking was easy, and the area felt cozy too. A very good deal for a couple, or a couple with one child.

Maria and Stefano were wonderful, kind hosts and incredibly helpful. They even make excellent honey. We stayed for two nights with our daughter, and found the rooms comfortable and clean. It was peaceful there, about a 10-minute walk from Lucca and away from the bustle. From there, medieval villages, beaches, and cities were all just over 20 minutes away. They’ve made a really relaxing haven. I’d stay again without hesitation if I came back to the area.
