REale Apartments

Great spot, and the apartment was lovely and had everything we needed 😁

Alessia was so kind and helpful. We arrived before check-in and were leaving after check-out, and she quickly found a solution for our bags. The apartment is lovely, well kept, and only a few steps from the beach. The mattress was a little uncomfortable, though, parking wasn't assigned, and there wasn't a place for luggage outside the check-in and check-out times. Still highly recommended!

The central location is the only thing that made this apartment worthwhile. I wouldn't recommend it, especially with children. We couldn't sleep until at least 2:30 a.m. because it faces the nightclubs and has no soundproofing, something nobody had told us. The apartment was extremely dirty, with crusted pots and pans and old furniture, and the online photos didn't reflect its condition at all. The air conditioner leaked a lot of water into the apartment beside an electrical outlet, which felt dangerous. A bathroom drawer fell onto the floor when we tried to open it. Basic cleaning supplies like a broom, dishcloth, and sponge weren't provided. We reported everything to the host. A cleaner came the next day, but that didn't fix much. She also charged us extra outside the Booking portal, against the platform's guidelines. When we arrived, the host wasn't there. The cleaner simply handed us the keys without explaining anything. It was a disastrous four-day stay, absolutely not worth the money.

That top-floor terrace has a stunning view, and the apartment is in a great location. The rest was disappointing. We were told the day before we arrived that sheets and towels cost extra. There was no hair dryer, and the windowless bathroom smelled like a sewer. On our last day, we asked to leave our bags in the building and come back for them later. They said that would be fine, but when we returned, the owner said she couldn't come open the door and told us to try other doorbells.
