The view, location, and staff really impressed me on my first visit to Monopoli. Staying in a guest house feels a bit like having an apartment. I’ve stayed in three on my trip through Italy so far, and this was wonderful. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Pietro, the manager, made our stay unforgettable. He was warm, always available when we needed help, sorted things like restaurant bookings, and even took us on an impromptu tour of Monopoli. Every staff member was friendly, and the attention to small details was incredible. The place had the feel of a great five star hotel. We also loved the stylish, immaculate, comfortable room and were lucky to have a jacuzzi in it. It’s right by the sea, just a few minutes’ walk from the best bars and restaurants. We can’t thank Pietro enough. HIGHLY recommend.

The staff were wonderful, and we’d recommend staying here. It’s right on the water in the historic town, and the beds were comfortably a big plus. They provide beach towels, though the pictures gave a slightly misleading impression: there’s no rooftop patio or beach bar. We also had a couple of bathroom quirks, with a faucet that sat too high and sprayed water, and a shower head that wasn’t great.

Getting around was easy on foot. Restaurants, beaches, and shops were 5-15 minutes away, and the bus stop was an 18-minute walk. You don’t need a car, and you can take the bus for day trips to Alberobello and Polignano a Mare. The staff were exceptionally responsive and kind, even helping me arrange a transfer outside work hours. My room and the whole building were very clean. I had a truly enjoyable stay, made even more memorable by their attentiveness.
