Masseria Paretano

We were there for a wedding, and it was magical. The place is beautiful and so peaceful, and the food was fantastic. I’m gluten free and they catered for me well. There are a few teething problems that still need sorting out, but it was a memorable venue. Thanks to everyone involved.

The countryside views from the pool are hard to beat, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. We were a little late arriving, but the staff kindly gave us an extra hour to enjoy the property. There’s also a cute dog wandering around. A fantastic hideaway in the Italian countryside, thank you!

The setting in the countryside made for a lovely intimate evening, and it would work just as well for a family. We tried most of the menu and every dish was exceptional. Massimiliano and the rest of the staff looked after us so well that we felt completely at ease. The price felt fair for the quality, not prohibitive. One of my favorite restaurants, and one of the best evenings I’ve had in Puglia. We’ll be back. Thank you for such a special night.

The rooms have no signal, which meant I slept really well. Outside, there’s a large pool and a property with horses and farm animals, plus a lovely view over the landscape. Breakfast was excellent too, especially the croissant with vanilla cream and lemon. I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation.
