The host went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, and the place was so comfortable with everything we needed. I can’t recommend it enough, 10/10!

The pool was a real gem, and the villa had all the comforts a family could need on holiday. Giacomo is genuinely kind and hospitable. It’s a wonderfully private property in a cool, green spot, just ten minutes from central Monopoli.

We appreciated every little detail at Villa Mest Pepp, including a very welcome gift. The villa is wonderfully clean and cared for, inside and out. Giacomo clearly puts a lot of himself into looking after it. He was attentive when we needed him but always discreet, and his rare kindness and helpfulness made the stay memorable. We’re already longing to return. Thank you so much, Giacomo! The pool sits among a lush, carefully maintained garden, with natural stone around it and earthy paving that blends into the surroundings. The dry-stone walls and the villa’s rustic but elegant, refined style fit beautifully with the countryside. Our family had an unforgettable week in this enchanting, rejuvenating corner of paradise. It feels exclusive and peaceful, as though time moves more slowly and every moment becomes a precious memory. The villa sits high above the surrounding Apulian countryside, with lovely views and only the sounds of nature around it. The location feels almost secret, yet it’s just a few minutes by car from the main amenities and the area’s most beautiful beaches. Villa Mest Pepp is simply superb.

Eight days here went by far too quickly. The peaceful setting, gorgeous pool and spacious, well-kept garden were wonderful. Mr. Giacomo, the owner, was delightful and always available, even at any time, with loads of suggestions for restaurants, beaches, and food and non-food businesses. The place will stay in our hearts, especially since the youngest in our family took her first steps here, as pictured 🤗🤗. We hope to come back soon 😉.
