I'm hoping the hotel will see this and do the right thing. I paid for refundable reservations, but now my daughter's exam schedule has changed and we need to cancel. I tried to do so within 24 hours of booking, six months ahead of the stay, but there seems to have been an error and the reservation won't cancel. I've contacted the hotel several times, and my request keeps being denied. This is a huge financial burden, and I'm asking for some understanding. The property looks beautiful, and I'd still like to stay there in the future. Please help if you can.

Our room was on the third floor, and it was small, but clean and comfortable, with perfect air conditioning. The location, service, and breakfast were all great. Best of all, the hosts were fantastic. We'll definitely come back in the future! 👍

The host was extremely kind, and the place is in a good location. Our room was clean, with housekeeping every day, and breakfast was delicious. A very nice place, recommended!

We stayed for two nights and found it clean and great value. Nino was very nice, and breakfast was included. I'd definitely stay here again.

For a great price, we had a wonderful stay with a super lovely owner and staff. It's well placed for the city centre and city beach, and the train station is a 20-minute walk away. Honestly, great! 🏝️
