The apartment is attractive and very central, but we didn’t find it restful. Street work began at 8 a.m., and at 2 a.m. people were partying, talking, and walking around in heels so loudly that it sounded like they were right next door or upstairs. We tried to reach the host about the noise. She didn’t respond, then called back two days later. When she came for the keys, she brushed off our concerns and seemed to suggest we were exaggerating, which felt unprofessional. We even called the police, but the language barrier meant we could only wait for the noise to stop. There was also no WiFi signal in the downstairs bedroom, though a repeater could easily fix that. The location is great and the apartment is nice, but if a good night’s rest matters on your holiday, this may not be the best fit.

The decor was lovely, the bed comfortable, and the rooftop terrace delightful. The layout is quirky, with one room on each of three floors, but we’re in our 70s and managed it just fine. We absolutely loved staying here.

We slept really well on the super comfortable bed, and the old town setting was peaceful at night. Even when it was hot outside, the inside stayed comfortable without us needing to switch on the air conditioning. It’s a beautiful, cool place with rustic decor that fits right in. One of the best places I’ve stayed.

We had everything we needed in this thoughtfully furnished accommodation. Its location is ideal, and the “city beach” was great for a morning swim. Just perfect for a stay in Monopoli.

Recently renovated and brand new, the property is spread across several levels. It feels warm and comfortable, and the price is excellent for what you get.
