A welcoming family runs the place, and breakfast is minimal but thoughtfully done. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, with panoramic views of orchards and the Palermo bay area.

We had two really relaxing days here. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking views across Palermo. Early risers can catch a wonderful sunrise, too. Mrs. Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and was so helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

The quiet around the property was the best part for me, especially on vacation. It’s peaceful and has a breathtaking view. I found it easy to reach on the main road, and since I had a car I could park inside the gate, which matters a lot to me. The owner, the lady of the house, was kind and helpful, and the place is attractive, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast is prepared by the owner, with fresh, varied products. There were figs in the breakfast room picked straight from their trees, practically zero kilometers, and the quality was very high. The price is definitely good for what’s offered. I’d have stayed several days instead of just one night, and I’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended if you’re after a relaxing setting and good value for money.

I arranged for Emanuela to reserve 10 rooms for friends attending my daughter's wedding. She and her family are known for being hospitable and helpful, and they gave us a truly wonderful experience. The property is beautiful and ideally placed for enjoying a panoramic view of Palermo. Breakfast was truly excellent, especially the homemade jams. I’d recommend it to anyone.
