The peaceful, beautiful setting makes it easy to relax and recharge. Breakfast was delicious, and everyone on staff was so kind and welcoming. Such a lovely place, highly recommended.

We had a great stay and would come back if we're in Tuscany again. The rooms were spacious, well equipped, and had really comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very kind. Everything felt just right, with a peaceful spot surrounded by nature and an amazing pool with panoramic views.

This was the worst experience I've had. They were rude and even mocked me in the chat. First, one employee said cancelling would be free, then another said there'd be a fee. They charge 100% of the reservation price for a cancellation, and wanted to charge me an extra 60 euros for being late, even though that wasn't stated in my reservation. They asked me to send my credit card details for the charge, which was outrageous, and threatened, "please send credit card details to witdraw 60,00 euro . if you don't send details you will find the gate closed " I'd give them zero stars if I could. NEVER GO THERE.

Alberto gave us lovely service, and the place itself is fantastic. Please, please, please put in a Wi-Fi network for guests.

Lovely location and a pool, though I had mixed feelings about the service and the bathroom setup.
