Mazzini Palace

The service was so friendly. They gave us lots of help and information, and stored our bags for a week while we were touring. It’s a nice hotel in a quiet location, with rooms furnished in different styles. Molto simpatico.

The room was spotless and lovely, with high ceilings that gave it a spacious, elegant feel and lots of character. Everything was cleaned daily, towels were replaced each day, and they brought fresh water to the room daily. I also appreciated thoughtful extras like slippers and a shower cap. Breakfast was fresh, well presented, and had a good selection. And seeing Mount Etna from the hotel made the stay especially memorable. The area is quiet, though you need to travel a bit to reach the main attractions. I liked the peaceful atmosphere, especially if you want to be away from the tourist crowds. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and smiling, and it felt like they’d put real care into the place. Giulia deserves a special mention: she was professional, attentive, kind, and ready to help with any request, which made everything easier and more enjoyable. I had a wonderful stay at Mazzini Palace and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, welcoming place. Five stars!
