Breakfast was superb, with both Italian and international options, and the owners were exceptionally kind and helpful. The villa is beautiful, with an interesting, pleasant design. The rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities, plus thoughtful extras like fresh fruit, chocolates, sweets, and a kettle with a selection of teas. Everything was meticulously clean, with great attention to detail.

The family did so much to make sure we were comfortable, and the rooms had lovely furnishings. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and plentiful. Set in the mountains, this beautiful property feels absolutely idyllic. Highly recommended, and thank you, thank you, thank you!

The garden is beautifully landscaped, with a large pool and plenty of places to sit under big parasols or in the shade. Our upstairs room had a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, sink, and a large refrigerator. It also had a big double four-poster bed, a single bed, two armchairs, and a desk with a TV above it. There was a small cupboard with things for making a simple lunch or breakfast, and the air conditioning worked well. Through the door we could step out onto a little balcony with a view, a lovely spot to share a glass of Italian wine. The surrounding area has charming, authentic villages and towns with excellent restaurants, and Viilagaia Countryhouse itself is a beautiful place for a quiet holiday. The owners are friendly and service-minded, and speak good English. Their daughter welcomed us and speaks fluent English. They offer an extensive, well-prepared breakfast.
