From just beyond Montalbano Jonico's historic center, Casa Vicente B&B looks out over the Calanchi nature reserve. The host was attentive and answered our questions about trails and nature routes nearby. The house felt welcoming, and the air conditioning kept it cool in summer. We had a wonderful, truly unique stay. Thank you.

The viewpoint for seeing the Calanchi at their best is very close. Our spacious apartment had all the comforts we needed, including a kitchen with the necessary equipment and a fridge stocked with water and milk. The shower was roomy, and the owner was kind and helpful, with great suggestions for visits and places to eat lunch or dinner. Very good value for money.
