The villa had everything we needed and was nicely appointed. They even stocked the kitchen for us before we arrived, as requested. Its location was lovely too, with vineyards growing the region's famous Sangiovese grapes for Brunello di Montalcino all around, a short walk from the magnificent Abbey Sant’ Antimo and about 15 minutes by car from Montalcino village. We stayed six nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hosts were gracious and attentive, with excellent concierge service. We took part in two experiences with them: a cooking class with Giacomo, a local chef who was informative and entertaining, and lunch with a wine tasting at their nearby winery. Giulia and Chiara hosted the lunch and were delightful, generous with their time and information. A five-star property and experience. We'd be happy to visit again.

It's decent and in a nice location. I arrived in an off-road vehicle. For local wine, Rosini's grocery store in the nearby town is the better buy, since it's cheaper there than from the local producer.
