Wine Resort Colsereno

This was just a wine tour, and I highly recommend adding a visit to this local organic winery to a Tuscany trip. The staff were kind and passionate, and it was a pleasure meeting them. The wines were delicious, and so was the charcuterie platter of homemade and local Montalcino foods. Grazie Mille to your family for having us.

We spent the day on a cooking class, wine tour, and lunch, and it was fantastic. Making pasta was a highlight, and Rita was an amazing cook. Her son did a great job translating. The family were warm and welcoming, the wine was delicious, and lunch was plentiful and just right. We were tired afterward, and they happily let us stay by the pool for an hour and enjoy the property.

The peaceful setting and incredible views made this winery feel like a little paradise. We were welcomed with warmth and care, and every detail felt thoughtful. The picnic style dinner was delicious, and the wine was beyond words. We’re already thinking about coming back. Highly recommended if you want to relax, recharge, and take in the Tuscan countryside.

The views over the vineyards were breathtaking, and sitting there with good food and wine was hard to beat. The meal was incredible, with flavorful, beautifully presented dishes paired perfectly with the winery’s wines. Hero, the adorable winery dog, was part of the fun too, wandering between tables and lounging in the sun while guests gave him attention. The tour was interesting and easy to follow, explaining how the wines are made from grape to bottle without overwhelming us. We tasted several wines, each with its own character, and the team made it fun to learn what set them apart. From the warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere to the wine and food, it was a treat from the moment we arrived. Definitely worth a visit.
