We had the Regina apartment, with a reserved table outside just a few steps from the door. It was clean and tidy, and had two spacious, tastefully furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms. The welcome pack included their sparkling wine, biscuits, milk, coffee, and juice. They'd also provided good bed, bath, and table linens, dish and dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and even shower gel. The living area was very dark, though, even in daytime. Despite a very hot week, we slept well at night without air conditioning. There are around six apartments. Two have lovely patios that I'd recommend, one has a small terrace, and the rest don't have balconies. The shared pool has a small lounging area. After several hot days, the water is just right, but when the weather is cool, it's naturally a bit cold. Outside, guests can use the tomato garden and a lovely self-service wine cellar, with various bottles made there at excellent prices. My children loved taking the owners' dog, Otto, for walks around the estate. The location has pretty views over the hills and vineyards. One thing to know is that the apartments are near a quiet road. With the windows open, you can hear the cars.

The pool was lovely, and the wine tasting is well worth trying. There's so much to see in the area, with beautiful towns and beaches not too far away. From Terre Vineate, the view is stunning every time. Danielle is a fantastic hostess who works hard to keep everyone happy and often sends messages with fun local things to do. The children can run around and, since there are often other Dutch people staying, they have a great time together without getting in each other's way. We had a wonderful holiday. We had a great New Year's Eve in this peaceful place among the Piceno hills and vineyards. Pio and Daniela are very kind hosts, and their hospitality makes you feel at home. Guests can use the table football, ping pong, and grill. There's also a private cellar with fairly priced wines, and the apartments are fully equipped. Highly recommended!
