Agriturismo i Girasoli

Just perfect.

We’d come back just for the food, especially the wonderful “lemon curd with strawberries” made with strawberries grown on the farm. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious, and the vegetables are grown there too. The restaurant is very well run, and the room was clean and tidy. It’s a lovely agriturismo with a pool and hot tub, as well as rooms for staying overnight. The people running it were warm and kind, which matters even when the property and rooms are already so welcoming and neat. Thanks for everything, and we hope to see you again. Riccardo.

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious, bright apartment. There were two air conditioners for hot days, and the bathroom had a comfortable shower, though there was no bidet, just a hand shower. The washing machine was in a nook beside it. A hallway led from the kitchenette to two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. The veranda had a table, four chairs, and a drying rack. Outside there was ample parking, a large lawn with a children's play area, and a lovely pool for relaxing. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. It’s all set in the peaceful countryside of the Maremma in Lazio.

We went as a group and had a great time eating traditional dishes. It’s a charming, quaint restaurant that’s kept in good shape, and there’s a pool and a playground for children. Highly recommended.
