Hotel Enterprise

Keep an eye on your passport. The hotel kept our identity card when we arrived and didn't give it back. We forgot to ask for it, since that isn't something that usually happens, but I feel the hotel was responsible for returning a document it had taken. We only discovered it was missing at the next hotel. They were completely unhelpful when we contacted them. There was no support or even an apology, despite us losing €100 and a day of our holiday. Absolutely unacceptable.

The food was poor, and the seafood risotto I ordered had frozen seafood, like the kind sold in supermarket packets. My husband and I canceled the meal right away and ate somewhere else. The rooms were awful too, with plaster falling from above and fake parquet tiles that were loose and broken. A two-star guesthouse would be better. Zero stars from me. Shame on you, I absolutely don't recommend this place. Be careful, it's terrible!

I only stayed one night, but I had a lovely time. The balcony overlooking the sea was a nice surprise, the room was clean, and the staff were really friendly. The beach is just a few steps away, and there are lots of little places to eat nearby in a cute area. The entrance looks elegant, with lovely sofas and display cases full of shells, which I adore. Breakfast had plenty of variety. My one suggestion would be to provide more bathroom items: there were only two bars of soap. I've found all sorts of extras in four-star hotels, even slippers, but that's just a suggestion. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.
