Marco and Lida are extraordinary, welcoming, kind people who pampered us throughout the stay. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the garden is beautifully cared for, with lots of different plants and flowers. The pool is lovely and clean too. We’ll definitely come back!

The owners are always so welcoming and kind, and they make you feel right at home. The rooms are very clean, have everything you need, and are reasonably priced. It’s a lovely, well-kept place just minutes from the sea. A swimming pool is also being built soon.

The breakfast was varied and good, served outside, though they close the gazebo when the weather is bad. The rooms are quiet, with comfortable beds. They’re nice rooms, although the shower is a little small and that curtain sticks to you everywhere. The place is spacious and has parking, and the owners are very kind and attentive. Recommended.

The new annex was welcoming, clean, and freshly furnished, and the owners were very kind and hospitable. I especially appreciated the mosquito nets, which kept out mosquitoes and other insects, and the handy outdoor space with a drying rack and somewhere to eat. Breakfast was generous, with lots to choose from, and we could enjoy it in the quiet garden. It’s well placed for a beach holiday or for exploring the Maremma hinterland and Upper Lazio. Excellent value for money.
