The room was spacious, airy, and quiet, but the rest of the stay didn't live up to the price. Breakfast seemed rationed, with just a litre of water and four oranges for six guests, alongside budget yogurt and other cheap supermarket items. The outdoor parking had no protection, and both the building and neighborhood looked tired and neglected. For that nightly rate, I expected better care and quality.

The owners were really friendly, and our room was clean and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was great, too. The kitchen and living room are shared with guests from the other two rooms, and we got an extra discount through their deal with the local dive center.

Matteo was so kind and courteous, which made our stay in Porto Ercole a pleasure. The apartment felt modern and comfortable, and the mattress topper on the bed was a welcome touch. Chef Barbieri would have appreciated it, and we certainly did too. The rooms were well soundproofed, and the shared kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast had both sweet and savory choices, plus a coffee machine with coffee, barley, and ginseng capsules. The location was excellent, just steps from the center of Porto Ercole, with the option to park beside the building.

We were there for about twenty days and would happily stay again if we return to Porto Ercole. Matteo was very kind, and the parking under the building was priceless, especially since it's so rare in Porto Ercole. Breakfast was generous, with sweet and savory food, and the professional coffee machine was available all day along with herbal teas and more. We also appreciated having a well-equipped shared kitchen.
