I stayed here once, and I won't come back. The place sits by a road leading into the city and isn't soundproof, so a quiet night is out of the question: dogs bark, people talk, and scooters go by. The other two sides of the guest house face smaller streets, which says enough. The air conditioning didn't work, and the private owner was arrogant. Check-in was handled in a strange way: I had to fill out a whole list before getting the entry code, and it took 10 emails to receive it. I can honestly say I stayed here once and never again.

Grazia and her son were wonderfully helpful, and the place is very welcoming, just a short walk from the historic center. A great place to stay overnight in Arezzo and the surrounding area.

The owner was kind and helpful, and the house felt bright and lovely. It’s a cozy little two-floor place, with the living room and kitchen downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The historic sights and city center are close by. You can park right outside if there’s room; otherwise, there’s a large public lot a few hundred meters away. The supermarket is about 1 km out of town, and a small bakery is around 500 m in the same direction.

Mrs. Grazia is so kind, and the apartment has lovely little touches throughout. It’s just a stone’s throw from the center, so the location couldn’t be better.
