Wellness Center Casanova Hotel e SPA

We used the salt cave and indoor light pool to soak and unwind after days of walking around medieval towns. Both were perfect for that. The views are beautiful, and the atmosphere is really relaxing. Our room had a distinctive old country feel but was still cozy. Breakfast was decent, with what you need and loads of gluten-free snacks. Staff were very nice and helpful. For lunch or dinner, I’d eat in town rather than at the restaurant next door. Don’t use the room kitchen unless you’re okay with a €50 charge. There’s no laundry service, but the laundromat in town costs €8.50 for a small wash and €4.50 to dry it. It takes about 1 hour 15 minutes altogether, and detergent is added automatically, so don’t add any yourself.

The thermal spas and pool were a great way to relax, and we both had massages that helped us destress. We also liked the views and the short walks into town. My husband and I had an excellent stay, and the breakfast was fantastic. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The staff were so caring and helpful, going above and beyond with any request or help we needed. The view from the hotel is beautiful too. Thank you for having us and for the incredible service.

The valley views were amazing, and town is just a short walk away. I loved looking out at the scenery, but the service really wasn’t good. Nearly all the front desk staff were very rude, apart from one young gentleman. We stayed in the "Residence - Bilocale Superior Two Rooms valley side - 50 Sqm." It’s two ordinary rooms joined by a connecting door, with a tiny, impractical kitchen tucked into a wardrobe. Breakfast isn’t included, and for us they only provided fresh towels after six days. I wouldn’t recommend that room unless you live in Italy, because it really includes nothing. Breakfast cost €15 per person per day, which felt far too expensive for its quality. I’d asked about it by email, then said no when asked at check-in. On our second day, my wife tried breakfast once because we hadn’t had a chance to get anything from "coop", the grocery store. The staff weren’t friendly about it. Later I found they’d tried to charge me for breakfast for the whole stay, even though I hadn’t gone. They insisted I was lying, lol. We were meant to stay ten days, but a family situation came up and we had to leave four days early. The hotel wouldn’t work with us at all to recover any of the cost, or even credit one day despite having plenty of notice. They just said I’d booked it and would have to live with it. They also make you pay the €40 state tax in cash for my stay. It was an okay stay, but I won’t be back. The service and staff weren’t great, and the prices seemed high for the quality of the room.
