Verona is a beautiful little city, and we had one of our favourite hotel stays ever. The hotel was perfectly placed for exploring, and a quick taxi ride from the train station. Customer service was phenomenal throughout. Silvia at the front desk was especially wonderful, offering recommendations and arranging a taxi, all with a friendly manner. Our room was spacious and comfortable. If there’s one available, I’d recommend booking a room with the outdoor patio and jacuzzi, it was such a lovely extra. Breakfast had so many good options, and the service there was just as great as elsewhere in the hotel.

What stood out at checkout was the thoughtful send-off: they offered me a takeaway coffee and a bottle of water for the journey. The staff had been incredibly kind and welcoming throughout, and I had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was another highlight, with a surprisingly wide range of delicious, high-quality food for Italy. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I only stayed one night, but this stunning hotel right in the city centre exceeded every expectation. The room was spotless, beautifully designed and really comfortable, with an elegant feel and modern amenities. The staff were attentive, professional and always happy to help with a smile. Breakfast had a great spread of fresh, tasty options. To me, the experience deserves a five-star rating, and I’d happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area. I can’t wait to return!

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including hot dishes, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses, pastries and a range of drinks. The team kept everything topped up and even remembered our drink orders from the day before. The room was modern, spotless and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. We booked Milano Hotel for its location near Piazza Bra and the Arena, both just steps away. Staff were helpful all the way through, from carrying our bags and getting us checked in to sharing a map and pointing out sights. We really enjoyed our stay, and the staff made it feel easy and welcoming.

The rooftop terrace was a lovely spot to unwind, and we enjoyed the food throughout the weekend. We were given an upgrade to a room with a hot tub and sauna, which made the stay feel extra special. The staff were kind and helpful from beginning to end. We had a wonderful weekend and would happily come back.
