Everything was close by, with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. Parking can be tricky to find, though there are a few spaces close by and a larger lot a few minutes’ walk away. The host was friendly, breakfast was nice, and the tidy room had shades that kept it dark and blocked outside noise. I’m looking forward to coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this family-run boutique hotel. Francesco was a gracious host and did a lot to make things easy for us. The harbor and restaurants are less than a block away, and the town felt very safe and friendly. People around Porto Ercole were accommodating about our limited Italian and spoke English, especially at Conchiglia. We highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I left before the end of our trip and stayed elsewhere because of an upsetting issue with the owner. We had used the clothes horse left on our balcony for guests, and water dripped from it onto a bag hanging unknowingly on the shop gate below. The owner confronted us and demanded €155 for the damaged bag. We were disturbed about this on several occasions. The owner should have dealt with the matter without involving guests. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the hotel.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. We found parking nearby, and the marina was close. It was also easy to drive around the island. Staff recommended Le Viste beach, which was lovely and had nobody there. Our stay was good value, and I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The location was perfect, and we had an amazing stay. The rooms have all the mod cons you need, and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
