There was no internet, and the landlord kept my money. He said the problem had already been going on for several days before I arrived, but hadn’t told me, leaving me no chance to cancel in time. When I noticed the issue, I explained that I urgently needed internet on this trip, and we discussed whether I could cancel for free. The landlord said I’d have to pay if I stayed overnight. Believing I could cancel without charge, I left Napoli Regina and looked for somewhere else with internet. But the landlord then refused a free cancellation, kept the money, and simply blocked me on WhatsApp. This is a terrible experience and an example of how not to treat guests.

The place was spotless, and the beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast too, and the location was fantastic. Lovely rooms, with nothing I could fault. I'd happily recommend staying here.

The photo of the hotel exterior in the Booking app gives a misleading impression. Our room was horribly narrow and claustrophobic, in a run-down old building. There was tea but no coffee, not even sachets, and no way to make any.

The room was spacious and very clean, and it had an external bath. It's a long way from the center, though only two metro stops away.

The owner was kind and helpful, and the B&B is good value for money. Its central spot is a real plus, with the metro only 50 meters away and easy access around town. Our room was clean on arrival, but over our three-day stay we never saw housekeeping. There was also a musty, drain-like smell in the bathroom. Breakfast was at a nearby café, though we were limited to two pieces. A good fit if location matters most and you don't need daily cleaning.
