Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel

A real gem in central Napoli. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. Gennaro, Marco, Licia, and the rest of the staff were superb, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

The staff made this stay special. Everyone was warm, attentive, and knew a lot about both the hotel and Naples. Their personal recommendations added a lot to the experience. Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel is in the historic center, and it combines history with modern comfort and style. The preserved 16th-century ceilings were breathtaking, and the high ceilings and carefully chosen decor made the room feel airy while keeping its intimate boutique charm. It’s one of the most unique, memorable boutique hotels I’ve stayed in. It feels like an experience in history, hospitality, and thoughtful design. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

The staff took such good care of us, especially when one person in our family of six got sick. We had two rooms, and everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast, was superb. The hotel is charming and exquisite, and the location is perfect. I’d recommend breakfast too: yogurt and pastries, eggs cooked fresh, espresso drinks, and freshly squeezed juices in a lovely dining room. We’d definitely come back. After going a few days without sleep, I arrived exhausted, and the staff did everything they could to make me comfortable. They upgraded my room for free and brought me juice and snacks because I was clearly tired and dehydrated. Michele and Natalya treated me like family, even though I was a complete stranger. They were so kind, thank you. The large suite felt like staying in a Palazzo, and it was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable enough that I finally slept for the first time in 72 hours. I can’t wait to return to Naples, and I’ll stay here again.
