There's no breakfast service, but you can use the complimentary espresso machine and tea, and there's fresh cold water and ice available any time. Luggage storage is possible if needed, and the host was very supportive. A self-service wash and dry laundry place is a couple of blocks up the street. Soap is included, the people there are very nice, and the facility is super clean. The rooms are modern, with quality beds and linens and nice decor, in a classic historic building right in the heart of Napoli. I stayed in spa room 106, a double suite with a fantastic dry sauna and a large Jacuzzi, though some jets were weak. The bedroom was quieter from outside Napoli noise. On my last day I got to try spa room 102. It had the same quality, but a smaller Jacuzzi that I found just right. It faced the main street and was a bit noisier, but still comfortable.

The building is beautiful and still going through a lot of renovations, so I can imagine it reaching its full potential soon. The space was really nice and clean, with excellent cleaning standards. The technology for getting in and out was interesting and easy to use, with no hassle. I couldn't get the room with the sauna and jacuzzi, which was a shame, but mine was cozy and did the job perfectly.

There are plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, and the Spanish Quarter is about 20 minutes away. Great location, and I'd highly recommend it. I stayed one night before flying out of Napoli and had good communication with the owner on WhatsApp. I got there early, around 12. The cleaning staff were helpful and said to come back in an hour, when the room would be ready. They asked me to contact the owner because the access code wouldn't open the door until the 2 PM check-in time. The owner replied within two minutes and let me into the room.

The stay was nice overall, and self check-in and check-out worked fine. The room was clean. One thing to know: the shower door leaks, so we had to mop the floor after each shower. There's also a blue light in the bathroom that can't be switched off. Since the bathroom door is glass, you can still see the light at night.

The place was clean when we arrived, and the host made check-in and check-out easy. We loved the tub, the multiple balconies, the location, really everything. It's a unique place in lots of ways, conveniently next to shops, dinners, and local attractions. I can't think of anything negative. There aren't cups or silverware in the room, but there are extra supplies in a common area if you need them. Just be considerate and clean up after yourself. Most of all, enjoy 😉
