The place is clean and newly designed, and the owner pointed us to a great pizza restaurant. Thanks for that. But I ran to another hotel after the first night because the room was extremely cold, maybe 16 degrees when I arrived. The air conditioner barely heated it, even at full power overnight, when the temperature rose only 1-2 degrees. There was no hot water on arrival, the towel dryer didn't work, and the Wi-Fi kept dropping, so I couldn't watch an important game. The room is inside a large building where even 4G/LTE was blocked by the walls. Breakfast was just coffee and a croissant, served on the street 200-300 meters away. The information about 24-hour check-in was wrong. I was charged a 5 euro per person per night fee, which felt like a rip-off since I paid less tourist tax at a 4-star hotel. The owner refused to cancel ten minutes after purchase. Hotels.com said they couldn't guarantee a late check-in, and arriving was very stressful.

The apartment was enchanting, centrally located, tastefully furnished, and full of comforts, including a functional kitchen, two TVs, and plenty of blankets and pillows. The owner was very kind and helpful, even explaining how to get around. I'll definitely return and highly recommend it!

The apartment has all the amenities and works well for four people. It's clean, quiet, and conveniently located. The young staff welcomed us promptly and were available for questions. I stay in Naples often and will book this place again next time. Highly recommended.

Clean and close to the center, but the bathroom had no heat and the lights were broken, so it was practically dark. I reported it, but they didn't replace the lights. For three people staying three days, they left only one roll of toilet paper.
