We couldn’t get into the room, and they tried to charge us for our infant even though the booking listing said the infant stayed free. The amenities shown online also weren’t available when we arrived. We stayed somewhere else and asked for a refund. The owner offered one night out of the nearly week-long stay we’d paid for, but only in exchange for me removing my review. They weren’t apologetic at all.
Awful experience. If zero stars were an option, I’d give that. The amenities weren’t as advertised, and the entry code didn’t work when we arrived. When we asked for help getting in, the host was rude and said she was busy playing piano.
When we pointed out that the advertised amenities weren’t provided, the host was hostile and flippant. They also tried to charge extra for things that had been listed as included.
Zeudi was so welcoming and helpful, and communication with her was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. A really positive stay, recommended!
We stayed one night at this very clean, well located B&B near the Margellina station. The area was peaceful and close to the seafront, and the owner was welcoming and always available. We’ll definitely come back ❤️
