Our booked apartment was closed for refurbishment, so we were moved to another one. They said it would be better and that they’d cover the extra cost, but that’s not what happened. The replacement was a disaster: no reception, broken shower and sink, Wi-Fi unavailable in most of the apartment, and no breakfast included. Don’t fall for this. Get your money back and book somewhere else.

The location was good, and having two toilets helped with five people. We liked the owner, but the room really wasn’t big enough for our family. The bed and couch were awful to sleep on, and we barely slept. The internet was down for six of our seven days, and bits of the wall fell next to us. The blinds were missing, so the room got more light than expected. Breakfast came to the room with no choice: a croissant, a cold espresso, milk, and juice in a plastic cup. The walls are thin, so we could hear everything in the next rooms.

The hosts were friendly and kind, and gave us a map with a tour of napoli and tips on the best places to eat. The room was bright and very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast was generous too, with plenty to keep us full. I’d definitely recommend it.

We got a large balcony and a lovely bathroom in our newly renovated room. The apartment was in a pretty quiet area, and the staff and host were very friendly. They gave us tips on what to see around the city and served a great breakfast.

Our room was on the ground floor facing the street, but that didn’t bother us. The city’s narrow streets are part of its charm 😁. The place is off the main road, so it was fairly quiet, and well placed for sightseeing, close to the metro and a market shop. It takes about 30-40 minutes to walk to the centre and main attractions. Breakfast was good and the rooms were cleaned every day. Special thanks to Dario, who was lovely and helpful with everything.
