Sant'Arpino 26 - piccolo

We were really let down by the apartment and the way our problems were handled, despite loving its position. It’s tucked into a little lane off Via Chiaia, close to everything, and the owner’s representative greeted us warmly. But the internet was already down when we arrived. We told both the representative and the owner, and it stayed out for the next two days. The armchair used as a third bed had double-bed sheets, and after we reported that, nothing was changed. We used the same ones for the whole stay. There were no guest towels either. We asked for three replacements, but none appeared. The shower head fell onto my son as he was about to close the door. The owner apologized the next day and said it would be fixed, but it wasn’t. I also mentioned the mold in the shower and never got a reply. The TV had no channels, and cleanliness overall was poor. There was nothing elegant about the place. I wouldn’t come back, which is a shame given how much I liked the location. My family and I were extremely disappointed with the property and the lack of care for guests, who deserve more than simply being accepted as paying customers.

The location was great, but the cleanliness was awful. There were hairs on the toilet and in the shower, along with mold in the shower stall. I asked them to clean it the day after I arrived, and nothing was done.

We had a bathroom drain clog on our third day, but Mr. Cosimo got it sorted just two hours after we called him. He really went out of his way to help us. The location is excellent, and we were welcomed so warmly. Thanks for all the help. We’ll definitely come back.
