Plateia Apartment

We skipped breakfast because what we’d seen had already turned our stomachs. The bathroom was filthy, with hair and dust everywhere. In the smaller bedroom, the desk was dusty and the duvet was covered in dust, hair, and semen. My boyfriend and I pulled it off the bed right away. I was shocked and disgusted. The alley also had some cockroaches the size of houses, which still give me shivers thinking about them. I was there for just one night, thank goodness, and wouldn’t return under torture. The floor looked clean but was sticky all over. The apartment was presentable and small but unpretentious, though it was in a building that looked ready to collapse. It could have been fine if the cleanliness hadn’t been so completely, scandalously, indecently bad. My rating is zero. I won’t return to Naples either. It could be a beautiful city, but dirt, pollution, and incivility are everywhere.
